Gent-Wevelgem in Flanders Fields - 100 km

Biking
Kemmel (Heuvelland)

The Gent-Wevelgem in Flanders Fields cycling trail conquers the most important slopes of the cycling classic 'Gent-Wevelgem'.

On the program: 100 kilometers, 3 infamous plugstreets (semi-paved strips in and around Ploegsteert) and 11 solid slopes with, among other things, the Catsberg and the Zwarteberg, to end with a double ascent of the Kemmelberg.

Can you master this? Then choose the large loop of 128 kilometers and first cycle through the Menin Gate in Ypres before the real climbing starts. This trail starts at the Visitor Center ‘Het Heuvelland’.

You can also choose to start from Roeselare (KOERS. Museum of Cycling, Polenplein 15) and Wevelgem (Parking Guldenbergplein).
